Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of BubbleFic's fiction reading, writing and related online services. Your agreement is with Daniil Bendik, individual entrepreneur, operating as BubbleFic, at 25 Krtsanisi, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: support@bubblefic.app.

By accepting these Terms when presented in BubbleFic, you agree to follow them and our Content Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Agreement to these Terms does not replace separate permission for optional data processing or third-party AI sharing.

Who can use BubbleFic

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. Do not misrepresent your age or allow an underage person to use your account. An App Store age rating is separate from our minimum age requirement.

Some reading and local features may be available without an account. An account is required for features such as cloud synchronization, publication and account-based purchases. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may use a pen name publicly, but may not impersonate another person or mislead people about your identity or affiliation.

Your stories and our permission to operate the service

You retain the rights you hold in the stories, images and other material you submit. You must own or have permission to use that material and must respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity and other legal rights. Uploading someone else's work, using AI or calling something fan fiction does not create permission.

You give BubbleFic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, format and display your material as needed to provide the features you choose, synchronize your work, perform safety review and operate the service. We may allow our service providers to perform those activities for us under appropriate restrictions. Public distribution of your work is authorized when you choose to publish or share it; private drafts are not licensed for public promotion merely because you save them.

For published material, this permission includes displaying it to readers and using excerpts, cover images and metadata in in-service discovery and shared previews. It does not give us ownership, exclusive publishing rights, or permission to sell your story to third parties or use it in unrelated external advertising without a separate agreement.

This license ends when the material is removed from the service, except for limited backup, legal, security and deletion-processing needs described in the Privacy Policy. Copies independently saved or shared by readers may remain. No author payments or revenue share are promised unless separately agreed in writing.

You may read other creators' work through BubbleFic for personal use and use the sharing features we provide. You may not republish, commercially exploit or redistribute that work without the rights holder's permission or another lawful basis.

AI tools

AI features may generate or edit text and images or transcribe your speech. Relevant inputs may be processed by OpenAI as explained in the Privacy Policy and feature disclosures. You must have the right to submit all inputs, including reference images and information about other people.

You are responsible for reviewing results before saving, using or publishing them. AI can produce errors, unsuitable material or results similar to other people's work. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, original, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Any rights you may have in AI output remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Generated material must meet the same Content Guidelines as manually created material.

AI availability, models and usage requirements may change. We communicate material changes affecting paid services and preserve applicable consumer rights. BubbleFic is a creative service; its outputs are not professional advice.

Content and acceptable use

Follow our Content Guidelines across stories, drafts submitted for processing, profiles, images, GIFs, AI requests and reports. Do not use BubbleFic for prohibited sexual content, child exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, hate, harmful instructions, infringement, scams, doxxing or unlawful activity.

Do not evade safety checks, age restrictions, account restrictions or usage limits; interfere with the service; access another person's private work; automate abuse; manipulate popularity or purchase records; or submit knowingly false reports. Security research and any use permitted by mandatory law remain subject to that law.

Non-graphic intimacy between consenting adults is allowed. Pornography and explicit sexual descriptions are prohibited, including detailed sexual acts or sexual organs in a sexual context, even when they serve a narrative, artistic, or emotional purpose. Being an adults-only service does not change these limits. Stories do not use a separate Mature label or reading setting.

Moderation, reports and appeals

We use automated checks and human review to enforce our rules. We may refuse an upload or publication, limit visibility, remove material, or restrict or suspend an account for violations, security concerns or legal obligations. A successful automated check is not a guarantee that material complies with our rules.

Use Report Story to report a story. For concerns about a profile, a person, copyright or another issue, email support@bubblefic.app with enough information to locate and assess it. Do not send copies of illegal sexual material. We prioritize credible safety concerns and respond to reports in a timely manner.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain moderation action and provide an opportunity to correct it. Request human review at the support address, identifying the affected story or account and why you believe the decision is wrong. We may act immediately when necessary to protect people or comply with law. Mandatory notice, complaint and appeal rights remain available.

Subscriptions, purchases and AI Credits

Digital purchases in the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation show the current product, price, billing period and included benefits. Apple handles payment and any applicable taxes under its terms.

An auto-renewable subscription renews unless you cancel before renewal. Your Apple account is charged according to the purchase terms shown by Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, with access continuing for the period Apple indicates. Trial and promotional eligibility and the price after an offer are shown before purchase. Subscription changes take effect according to Apple's rules and the confirmation shown to you.

AI Credits are units for eligible AI work inside BubbleFic, not money, an investment or a transferable payment instrument. Credit use varies with the feature and processing required; consult the app's usage information. Work already started may use credits even if you later close or cancel the operation. We do not promise a fixed output count or a satisfactory creative result for each credit amount.

Credits bought as one-time credit packs do not expire. Included periodic allowances are displayed separately and refresh under the rules shown in the app, including any disclosed upgrade carryover. We do not silently convert purchased credits into an expiring allowance. Refunds or reversed transactions may adjust the associated balance.

Use Restore Purchases for restorable purchases. Consumable credit packs are reconciled with the BubbleFic account to which they were granted; they are not a fresh grant each time you restore. Use the same account and contact support if a paid purchase is missing.

For Apple purchase refunds, use Apple's refund process at Report a Problem. Applicable statutory refund and consumer rights remain available; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

Ending your account or service access

You can stop using BubbleFic and request deletion at Profile > Delete Account. Save or export work you want to keep before deleting it. Account deletion removes access to account-linked work and balances and follows the Privacy Policy's deletion process. A new account does not automatically recover deleted work or account-linked purchases; contact support for undelivered purchases or applicable refund rights.

Deleting the app or account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple. A deletion request does not require you to cancel first. We may end or restrict access for serious or repeated violations, unlawful use or a material security risk. Such action does not remove consumer rights or automatically cancel Apple billing.

If we discontinue a paid feature or the service, we provide notice where practicable and handle remaining paid rights as required by law and the applicable purchase terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility and provider failures. Keep copies of work that is important to you. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, originality or suitability of user or AI content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Third-party services and websites have their own terms.

Apple app license

The iOS application is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license is expressly supplied through the App Store. These service Terms supplement that license; they do not replace it or change your agreement with Apple. BubbleFic is responsible for its service and support. Apple does not sponsor or endorse BubbleFic or its creators.

Changes, law and disputes

We give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or another appropriate channel and identify when the changes take effect. Where fresh agreement or permission is required, we request it. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued purchase or consumer rights.

For disputes about these service Terms, contact support@bubblefic.app first so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by Georgian law except where mandatory law provides otherwise. You retain the protections and access to courts that mandatory law in your country of residence provides. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or force consumers to bring every dispute in Georgia.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
